Every Christmas before finals start, we host a Christmas gift exchange with our UCI students and mentors. It's a great way to bring joy before finals!
UCI Freshmen, Sophomores, Juniors, and Irvine mentors on a spring break trip. They went to Santa Barbara, Monterey Bay and Canary Row for lots of fun.
UCI Junior Transfers went on a weekend outing to 1000 Steps Beach in Laguna with some of the college mentors.
UCI mentors and students went on a 10K around Irvine neighborhoods. We used this as a way to not turn into couch potatoes but exercise our bodies.
Last Halloween, our UCI fellowship gathered for games and good food at our church building at Tustin. Many of us brought their Halloween spirit.
VDOC or “Valentine’s Day of Compassion” is a day when we get to love people who don’t normally receive love. It is a day when we get to serve other people, not out of self-gain, but just because we want to show them God’s love.
